Mr. Chandran is the founder of ERGO. A core finance man, (B.Sc MBA CA IIB) with varied experience from banking to public sector to private corporate including multinationals across continents. His previous assignments include an eight-year stint with Gujarat Gas Company Limited, where he headed its Finance and Commercial Groups. He was also the CEO of its Financial Services subsidiary and a Non-Executive Director in GGCL’s joint venture companies. He has over 28 years of experience in Operations, Business Strategy and Board Levels assignments including forging Joint-Ventures, divesting businesses and managing turnarounds.

Dr. Parekh is a chartered accountant with MSM from Stanford University and PhD from B.K.School of Business Management.

He has 22 years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate Management, particularly with various corporate entities in India. He is recognized as hands–on, proactive, trouble-shooter who can rapidly identify business opportunities, formulate strategies, initiate changes and implement new processes in challenging and diverse environments.

His previous assignments include a long stint with Mafatlal Industries Ltd., Mumbai as Senior Vice President – Corporate Restructuring, Information Technology & Audit. He has very good contacts among real estate developers in India as well as investors, financial institutions and funds in India and abroad

Mr. Padmanabhan has more than 40 years of experience in Energy Sector, Banking, Project Evaluation, Lease and Hire Purchase Advisory, Project Reporting, Sickness Identification, etc., Mr. Padmanabhan started specializing in the Energy Sector in 1993 and has since acquired hands on experience in Developing Mid-Size Coal Projects in India on BOOT basis and Marketing Electricity to a large number of companies in several states on third party basis for such projects. He is an Advisor to a number of companies for Setting up Captive Power Projects, Group Captive Cooperatives, Distributed Generation and Wind Projects. He is also a Member of the Energy Sub Committee of the CII (SR).

An IIM Calcutta alumni and Electrical and Electronics engineer, Mr.Sattenapalli has varied experience in Civil services, Power sector as well as his new found love-Education. He has been devoting his time and energy in professionalizing School education for the last twelve years, especially in AP. He has assisted various private education groups in creating a business model for schools that would make investment attractive not only in social stature, but also in terms of reasonable return on investment. He has developed expertise in all fields of school education, right from planning the curriculum, compliance with regulatory requirements, developing testing methodology, recruitment and training of teachers and administrators, selection of school boards (state, national and international levels) as well as capital structuring leading to bankable propositions. His core strengths include working on Innovative Ideas, Concept Development, Project Planning and Execution, Government Liaison, Benchmarking and Social Commitment. Mr.Sattenapalli is currently involved in facilitating an Rs.2000 crore expansion plans of a group engaged in School education

An IIT Delhi graduate, Mr.Sagar was earlier Vice President, Corporate Advisory Services/Corporate Finance with Ernst & Young, the top most management consultancy firm. His expertise includes negotiating and concluding long term agreements with partners for technology, Joint Venture and marketing. He also has experience in drawing up and negotiating agreements for brand licensing, franchising, etc. He is well known for his deal making abilities.

Mr. Negi holds a management degree in Marketing and has 9 years of corporate experience in areas of Business Development, Training and Sales & Marketing. He is actively involved in business consulting primarily conducting market researches, preparing feasibility reports, and creating business plans. He has hands on experience of identifying, negotiating and assisting in purchase of viable land parcels/commercial real estate properties for corporate clients to help them achieve business goals. Mr. Negi also has a flair for training and has conducted trainings on Business Etiquette, Team Building, Motivation, Stress Management and Personality Enrichment for various corporate clients and educational institutes.

Ms.Dave is a Post Graduate in Communication Studies and looks after Integrated Marketing Communications for our dedicated clients mainly in organized retailing. She also is involved in corporate training programs in Communication tools and methods.
